RETURN POLICY:
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return or exchange an item, we will happily refund you, providing the following conditions are met:
* The item is a "standard", not "custom" order (made exclusively for you).
* Return shipping costs are paid by customer. Please be advised that we will not refund shipping costs. You will only be credited for the value amount of the item.
* The item is returned within tweny-one days of receipt.
* The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and resellable.
* Please note that all refunds or exchanges are subject to the approval of our customer service department. Simply email (our customer service email) with the following information:
1. Your order #.
2. The product number or name.
3. Reason for return.
4. Return for replacement, exchange, or refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations on orders that have already been processed will be accepted and handled in the same manner as returns. Customer will be responsible for the shipping, including rejected shipments.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY:
All transactions are in U.S. dollars.
